Do you charge travel fees?

Travel is included in our rates for most central and nearby neighborhoods (Medina, Guéliz, Hivernage). For highly remote areas (distant outer roads), a small transport supplement may apply. This will always be transparently communicated to you upon booking.

Do you provide services in hotels?

Yes. We frequently provide treatments in hotel rooms and suites across Marrakech. Generally, you just need to inform reception of our visit, and we will come directly to your room to perform the service in complete discretion.

What if my villa is difficult to find?

Upon confirming your appointment, we will ask you to send us your GPS coordinates (via WhatsApp location). Our drivers and teams are highly experienced in navigating the trails of the Palmeraie or the routes along Ourika Road.
